What is coaching? What are the key characteristics of a coach? These questions would be answered with many diverse definitions if you were to ask a group of people. There are life, fitness, sports, success, business, image, language, health, crafts, landscaping, sales, personal, family, talent, pageant, voice, (etc.), coaches. You get the picture. So what is my coaching focus and style?
Coaching Experience:
- Have worked with executives and professionals and clients in all walks of life and business positions. (Sport and business teams, pageant competitors, entrepreneurs, personal image, job and career change, leadership, etc.)
Coaching Style:
- Use a “4-P Process” focused on the client’s desires and expectations. The four phases of my coaching process are positioning, preparing, presenting and perseverance; beginning with an assessment and mapping a plan.
Personal Style:
- Coaching is cheerleading with results-focused expectations. That is my style. Accountability and measurement are pursued to ensure client’s goals are met.
